What is “confidentiality of information”?
The confidentiality clause applies to all the information that the MyRef.pro system can receive about the user during his stay on the site http://MyRef.pro and which, in principle, can be correlated with this particular user. This agreement also applies to the partner sites of MyRef.pro.
Receiving and using personal information
MyRef.pro collects personal information about you when you register as a user of MyRef.pro, when you use some of our services or products, when you are on the MyRef.pro website, and when you use the services of our partners.
When you register at MyRef.pro, we ask for your e-mail, as well as a number of additional (optional) data. All these data may be needed for the company to fulfill its obligations to provide users with a full and high-quality service.
MyRef.pro automatically receives and records in the server logs technical information from your browser: IP address, cookie, requested products and visited pages. This information is recorded in order to improve the quality of service for MyRef.pro users.
We also ask for an e-mail address (e-mail), which is needed to log in to the system, to quickly and securely recover a password, or so that the MyRef.pro administration can contact you both in urgent cases (for example, problems with payment), and and for the conduct of the business communication process in the case of the provision of services with the consent of the user of MyRef.pro. This address will never be used by MyRef.pro for any mailings other than those you explicitly subscribe to.
All received information MyRef.pro uses with one main goal: to make our services as convenient and useful for you.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
MyRef.pro does not sell or disclose personal information about users to anyone.
MyRef.pro has the right to transfer personal information about the user to third parties only if:
- You have expressed a desire to disclose this information;
- Without this, you cannot use the desired product or service;
- You are violating our User Agreement or the User Agreement of one of the MyRef.pro partner projects
MyRef.pro can write cookies to the user's computer and subsequently use them.
Ability to edit and delete information and personal settings
MyRef.pro provides users with the ability to change their personal information or personal settings at any time.
The user can delete his personal data using the option "Refuse registration" or the option "Change personal data" in the MyRef.pro personal account.
Access to personal information about the user MyRef.pro or his personal settings is password protected.
